Message from the Chairman…

Even though I am only just 64-years of age, I am still old fashioned in the sense that I believe that not only must our customers always come first but they should also have direct private access to the person with whom the ‘buck stops’ should they have that need. We do not believe in faceless, soulless corporations.

At Xtend-Life we do our best to excel in all areas from our development and research, to the quality of our products and customer service. As part of our effort to do the best we can for customers I am always available should you have a need to contact me in the event of you having any product or service problems relating to Xtend-Life.

Because of my heavy work load I would appreciate it greatly if you could only email me direct with issues relating to product or service. General health or basic product questions should go through our normal Ask a Question system. Thank you.
